Tectonics Engineering Group has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

2. Our Structure and Supply Chains

We are a multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure firm operating globally. Our supply chain includes:

  • Sub-consultants and specialist engineering service providers.
  • Suppliers of technical equipment and laboratory materials.
  • IT and office service providers.

3. Due Diligence Processes

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we:

  • Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
  • Protect whistle blowers.

4. Adherence to Our Values

We have a highly stringent vendor assessment process. To strictly adhere to our values, we only work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical labor practices. Any breach of our anti-slavery policy by a supplier will lead to the immediate termination of the business relationship.

5. Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Tectonics Engineering Group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2026.
